January 28.  Doing GREAT.  Back on track.  Fiber Bar (3 pt) as I ran out the door to get to my WW meeting.  Lost 2.6 this week and since huge gain last week it was very encouraging since I hadn't really tracked.
For Lunch I came home and made myself a Roast Beef Sandwich with Swiss for 5 pts.
Dinner was 3 pieces of Ginger Sushi (the only one I have ever liked) and a beef stir fry.  I estimated dinner to only be about 8 pts.  Also had a salad with ginger dressing.  After we had our congregational services that night I still had 13 pts left.  I created a nice little dessert for myself.  Check it out below.
