Photo Food Journal Week 3 Day 2

Saturday, January 29.  Slept in pretty late so made a nice lunch of Manwich Sloppy Joes.  So great to be back on track.  I also had a bite of my DH's pizza for 3 pts, and a 1/2 c. milk.   Almost caught up with my posts now.    This was also a special evening as my DH and I got to babysit our DARLING GRANDDAUGHTER.  She was a gem.

2 Sloppy Joes on light buns with lots of pickles (10 pts)

Cole Slaw used only 1 T dressing @ 1.5 pts

Fresh Pineapple @ ZERO pts.

Invented Bok Choy salad with Asian dressing and little beef.

Lovely piece of chocolate brought to me that night.

Photo Food Journal Week 4 Day 1

January 28.  Doing GREAT.  Back on track.  Fiber Bar (3 pt) as I ran out the door to get to my WW meeting.  Lost 2.6 this week and since huge gain last week it was very encouraging since I hadn't really tracked.

For Lunch I came home and made myself a Roast Beef Sandwich with Swiss for 5 pts.
Dinner was 3 pieces of Ginger Sushi (the only one I have ever liked) and a beef stir fry.  I estimated dinner to only be about 8 pts.  Also had a salad with ginger dressing.  After we had our congregational services that night I still had 13 pts left.  I created a nice little dessert for myself.  Check it out below.

Photo Food Journal Week 3 Days 4-7

The pictures start fading at this point. My tracking journal is sure empty.  This will be my only post with no pictures.  I have no idea what I've eaten these 4 days and I sure don't want to strain my brain thinking.    This will get me caught up to the fresh, fresh start for January 28.

 

Photo Food Journal Week 3 Days 2/3

Here are my pictures of the next 2 days or at least what I have of them.  We did go to a movie in the afternoon on January 22 seeing "The King's Speech".  Great movie BTW.  Oatmeal for Breakfast, City Bites for lunch, NO POPCORN at movie, and nice steak dinner made at home.

Had Taco Bell for Brunch and added lots of tomatoes at home and had 8 oz of 0% milk too.  For dinner had my Lamb and Green Bean stew.  Don't know what else I ate that day.  Sure can't remember.

Photo Food Journal Week 3 Day 1

This was a good day of tracking and taking all my pictures.  The fresh start for Week 3.  Again I started off good, then just faded away. These pictures are out of order, but it's too late to try and figure out how to get them all moved.  You get what you get.  All Chinese food was at dinner at House of Hunan in Norman.  My Tracker states I had a Fiber Bar (3 pts) and 1 1/2 c. 0% milk for 3 pts.  I also nibbled on Carrot and celery sticks.

OK, Tuesday, January 18,  this was a very bad day.  The only things in my tracker are little bits of junk out of my pantry as I remember I cleaned it out that day.  I did have some leftover bean soup for 6 pts.  We went to Gengis Grill for dinner and I had a stir fry, but then indulged in the above dessert because of pure boredom.  There were 11 of us there for my DDIL's birthday and my DH wanted to get through the line early.  Well, we did and therefore were finished eating long before the others.  Thus the boredom cake. LOL  No other pictures of anything that day.  A big YIKES! Day for sure.

Photo Food Journal Week 2 Days 2/3

January 30, 2011.   OK, here I am again, finally.  This has been crazy.  I started off so great for that first week, then downhill after that for the next 2.  I have a partial excuse of "my camera broke".  But, real reason is there were so many parties, activities, me eating lousy that I just failed to keep track and take pictures of all that I ate.  I made so many cakes and had frosting so readily available that my resistance was futile (as the BORG said in STNG).  I have lots of odd pictures from the last 2 weeks and will make several posts out of them.    I will then start fresh blogs for this week starting this last Friday, January 28.  So sorry I have been AWOL.  


The picture below of the cupcakes show them, I DID NOT eat all of those. LOL  Besides the Chick Fa A salad I show in my tracker that I also had some Taco Soup, baked tortilla chips, pickles, and about 4 mini cupcakes.  I show a pear in there somewhere too.








On Sunday, 1/16 I show in my tracker Grits with 1 t. Butter for 3 pts, Soup for 4 pts, 3 mini cupcakes for 6 pts, nuts for 4 pts,  more nuts for another 4 pts, then the baked potato, chili, cheese, salad with dressing, some feta, the mozzarella salad, then even some brownies are listed AND some spice cake with a notation of BAD DAY!!!

Photo Food Journal Week 2 Day 1

A fresh week a fresh start with the flex points or whatever they are called now.

I did just fine today even though I was running around.  I had WW meeting at 10:30.  Wanted to WI first, but the line was too long. Went to the meeting then had WI after.  I was a little disappointed that I only lost .6.  Then I looked back at my stats and knew I had skipped WI last week.  I knew I had gained and for the first time ever....skipped WI.  I wish now I hadn't.  I would have seen exactly what I lost this week, which I truly believe was closer to 3 lbs based upon my home scale.  So, I will be happy with the .6 loss. I will stick with my photo food journaling as it has worked very well for me and I'm sure will continue.  

I did have 1 T. Parmesan cheese that was only .5 with my spaghetti.   The snack bar given at WW today as a sample was just OK. Certainly NOT worth the 2 points that I consumed. I will not be buying those.  I also had 1 tiny bite of Challah at services tonight and some pear and apple slices that I brought.  I had 2 pts left and had a dozen almonds after getting home.

Photo Food Journal Day 7

Ok, I have made it a full week.  Today was, again, hard to figure points, but after lunch I had 14 regular left and still 24 of my flex points.  I know dinner was not so great and very high, but since tomorrow starts a fresh new week, I'm going to really skip the total at this point for today.  I know it is late, almost midnight here in OK.  I only had my cell phone for pictures today. They didn't turn out bad at all.

Breakfast was a banana and a Fiber Bar with water which I ate in route to my hair appointment around 11 am.   Lunch was a Turkey sub from Subway with no cheese and only mustard for the dressing and a 4 pt bag of baked lays barbecue chips, eating those with a diet DP at the Fowler Honda waiting room.  My car had a tire pressure light show up so I had to stop by for them to check it.  That was about 1 :30.  Nails done after that.  Office for a little bit, picking up DH and off we went to Target for some groceries, then that not-so good dinner that was really good.  See pics.
