Photo Food Journal Day 5

Today started off with a WW Chocolate Smoothie made with 1% milk with a total of 6 pts.

Lunch was a piece of leftover Chicken Breast with the orange glaze on a bed of mixed greens with cucumber and 1/4 c. of feta cheese and the Asian dressing that is only 1 pt and absolutely delicious.  It is Litehouse brand called Toasted Sesame Ginger.  

For Dinner tonight Monte and I went to Logan's Roadhouse and I certainly used some of my extra points.  I had a 6 oz sirloin steak, sweet potato fries and some steamed broccoli.  I did not eat a single peanut nor one of their yummy yeast rolls.  I sure did "smell" the roll though.  I don't know how to count the sweet potato fries.  I can't find any restaurants with the stats that offer them and what is on the WW site is very vague, not letting you know what a serving size is.  I will probably do some major guestimating.  The book says that the steak should be 14 pts.  I think that is rather high, but will be happy to go with it.  The broccoli is zero and the fries???????  I will do some more research and see if I can come up with something close.  Even if it is another 14 pts, they were well worth it.  I really like sweet potato fries.  I have been nibbling on a thinly sliced pear this evening, but too busy on the phone and with the computer to actually eat it yet.  It IS calling my name.  I DO have pictures of all that I ate, can't find one of the 7 1/2 wheat thin crackers for 2 pts.  

Now adding all my pics, then off to bed.  I'm actually caught up. WOW. 
Smoothie for 6 pts

2 oz of chicken breast 2 pts, dressing 1 pt, 1/4 c. feta 3 pts and wheat thins 2 pts

Logan's Steak dinner. 14 pt plus the fries.  No idea on those yet. Flex points for sure

Pear sliced nice and thin.






I need to see about posting actual stats of my weight progress.  All my WW friends know my stats, but inviting others into that part of my life causes a little hesitation on my part.  Let's see how long this crazy idea lasts and how long I can keep going.  I'll be happy to post my LOSS when I have WI (weigh in) on Friday morning at WW.  Thanks for reading.
