Fixed a nice Egg Scramble for breakfast.  The picture taking of the meal before I eat it is very motivating to actually FIX a meal and make it look presentable for my photos.  I really need to eat lunch for Day 5, but need to take the time to figure the points and take my picture of it.  Thought I would finish up Day 4, but I do still need to download last nights photo of dinner.

| Egg plus egg white, 1 1/2 oz steak, 1/8 c. cheddar, (5 pts) and an 8 oz glass of 1% milk (3 pts). With Salsa. |

 Taco Soup for Dinner with Baked Tostitos and more of my homemade Salsa.

| 2 full cups of Taco Soup (8 pts)  2 oz of Baked Tostitos (6 pts) plus 2 t of a healthy oil (2 pts) with some salsa. |

| Almost forgot my 1 cup of popcorn for only 1 pt.  Also a Coke Zero with it. | 
 
I really like the fruit idea! I'm going to have to try that.
ReplyDeleteI picked up some Vanilla yogurt tonight to use that with the fruit. Add a few walnuts and it is absolutely delish.
