Photo Food Journal Day 2

Two Corn/wheat tortillas with 2 Turkey Sausages, green chillies, tomato, and 1/4 c 2% milk cheddar. (9 pts)

Gala Apple Snack 0 pts

Know I shouldn't, but a nice treat in the middle of the day.

Monte's Cream of Potato Soup Not so WW friendly 1 cup = 5 pts approx.

Yummy Asian Salad with a few Walnuts and Mandarin oranges. (2 pts)

Orange Glazed Chicken Breasts with Wild Rice 1/3 cup and Asparagus (10 pts)

Pineapple Upside Down Cake, double this amount, approx 8 pts.
This is a reposting from my FB notes page of what I ate on Day 2, Shabbat, Saturday, January 8, 2011.  Just trying to catch up to the current day and keep going. It will be fun trying to maintain this Blog site.  So very new to all of this.   On this day I used 5 of my 49 Flex points.
