A fresh week a fresh start with the flex points or whatever they are called now.
I did just fine today even though I was running around.  I had WW meeting at 10:30.  Wanted to WI first, but the line was too long. Went to the meeting then had WI after.  I was a little disappointed that I only lost .6.  Then I looked back at my stats and knew I had skipped WI last week.  I knew I had gained and for the first time ever....skipped WI.  I wish now I hadn't.  I would have seen exactly what I lost this week, which I truly believe was closer to 3 lbs based upon my home scale.  So, I will be happy with the .6 loss. I will stick with my photo food journaling as it has worked very well for me and I'm sure will continue.  
I did have 1 T. Parmesan cheese that was only .5 with my spaghetti.   The snack bar given at WW today as a sample was just OK. Certainly NOT worth the 2 points that I consumed. I will not be buying those.  I also had 1 tiny bite of Challah at services tonight and some pear and apple slices that I brought.  I had 2 pts left and had a dozen almonds after getting home.

I love those fiber plus bars! They used to have coupons on the back of the box but I haven't seen those coupons in awhile!
